Join the Chicago Park District and the American Cancer Society at "Dog Day on the Green". This is a dog friendly event featuring "Bark for Life", a  noncompetitive walk event for dogs and their owners to raise funds and awareness for the American Cancer Society's fight against cancer.
The event is on August 29th from 10am until 4pm at Montrose and Simonds Dr. south of Montrose Dog Beach.
